何守魁,happy漫画 副研究员,中国检验检测学会理事、福建省科技特派员。2019年6月于happy漫画 获得博士学位,其中,2018-2019年在加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学联合培养。2019年7月至今,happy漫画 博士后、助理研究员、副研究员。主持国家自然科学基金、科技部交流计划、中国科协非共识项目等10项。近年来,在Applied and Environmental Microbiology、Food Microbiology等期刊发表学术论文56篇。担任Gut Pathogens期刊副主编,Current Research in Food Science等4个国际期刊编委,Journal of Future Foods等5个期刊青年编委。荣获IAFP Student Travel Scholarship Award、中国-新西兰科学家交流计划、中国科协青年人才计划、上海市农业科技人才培育计划、上海市“超级博士后”激励计划。指导学生获得happy漫画 本科生优异学士学位论文一等奖(2025届)、二等奖(2024届)、三等奖(2023届)。
