研究领域:作物环境适应性的分子调控机理
林尤舜,博士,博士生导师,独立课题组长。博士毕业于香港中文大学。于2021年入职happy漫画 。入选国家级海外青年人才计划、上海市海外高层次人才(青年)等。主要围绕作物环境适应性的分子调控机理开展系统性研究,为作物遗传改良提供理论基础。以通讯作者或第一作者的研究论文发表在Cell、Nature、Science等国际主流学术期刊上。担任Journal of Integrative Plant Biology编委。 在水稻高温感知和耐高温新基因及其上下游的分子调控网络取得重要进展,水稻耐高温机制的合作研究成果入选2022年度“中国生命科学十大进展”。 招生和招聘: 欢迎优秀博士后,博士研究生,硕士研究生和本科生加盟,共同探索农作物产量与抗逆境胁迫的分子调控关系,为未来绿色农业可持续发展以及全球气候变化引发的粮食安全问题提供创新性解决方案。

研究内容
  • 针对目前面临的环境挑战,聚焦多重环境胁迫下抗逆-产量协同提升的核心科学问题,围绕作物环境适应性分子调控机制的方向开展基础理论研究。通过分子生物学、遗传学、细胞生物学和生物信息学等多种方法挖掘耐逆和产量性状基因位点和遗传调控模块,鉴定其优异等位变异,阐明其环境信号感知-转导的分子信号通路,揭示复合耐逆性状与产量性状之间的平衡调控机制,为设计环境广适、高产稳产的作物新品种提供理论基础。目前主要研究内容包括:
  • 1. 作物复合逆境耐受性的调控机制;
  • 2. 作物细胞器感知热胁迫信号的通路及其耐热机制;
  • 3. 作物抗逆和产量的协同调控机制。
