主要从事食品营养与健康、食品组分相互作用及食品加工等方面的研究工作,包括天然产物功能活性评价(降血糖、减肥),多糖与蛋白、多酚等营养组分相互作用机制解析及淀粉类食品加工。主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年基金,十四五国家重点研发计划子课题,中国博士后科学基金(特别资助、面上资助)、宁夏自治区重点研发专项等课题;获批上海市青年科技启明星计划、扬帆计划、上海市农委“春蕾计划”等人才项目,以第一/通讯作者在Trends in Food Science & Technology、Carbohydrate Polymers等期刊发表SCI论文40余篇。
